Maison MRKT
A performance growth marketing agency for luxury fashion and beauty, had grown from the founders to more than twenty and delivered measurable results for over 100 premium brands, among them Carolina Herrera and Ulla Johnson.
An agency working with enterprise-scale accounts needed a shopfront to match, without shedding the restraint its luxury clients expect. We were engaged to redesign the site, rebuild it on a headless content platform, and develop a visual language capable of carrying the agency’s case studies.
Showing without telling
Presenting client results as animated case-study cards rather than data tables made the agency’s expertise legible to a creative audience.
We built case-study cards where each client’s headline outcomes animate into view, giving every story a sense of motion and craft without flattening it into a table. The agency can now surface a 140% lift in transactions or a triple-digit return on ad spend as part of a designed narrative.
Taming the reel
Sequential video playback replaced chaotic multi-video autoplay, preserving the agency’s creative energy while cutting the weight that slowed mobile.
Instead of forcing that choice, we implemented sequential play, each video running five to six seconds before handing off to the next. The motion and variety stayed; the clutter went. Because the same logic governs how many videos load and when, tuning the playback also lightened the mobile experience.
Content that keeps pace
A headless content platform let a non-technical team publish new case studies themselves, so the site could grow as fast as the portfolio did.
An agency winning new luxury accounts needs to add client stories the moment they close, not wait on a developer each time. Building on Storyblok’s visual editor gave the team direct control: because content is separated from code, editors publish new pages and case studies themselves and changes go live in minutes, with no release required.
Impact
Maison MRKT can now present its results the way its luxury clients expect to see them: in motion, through case studies, not in a spreadsheet.
The redesign replaced a site that had gone years without change with one proportioned for the accounts the firm is now working with.
The animated case-study cards resolved the core positioning problem, letting the agency’s expertise read visually rather than as a data table. Sequential video playback cleared the desktop clutter while easing the mobile load that heavy embeds had caused. And direct content control through the headless platform means new client stories are added at the pace the business wins them.
Maison MRKT now has a shopfront that grows with its client roster and shows performance the way a creative audience responds to it.
