ONE.io
Uniting three fintech brand sites on one shared WordPress codebase without triplicate overhead.
ONE.io operates a family of three financial services brands: ONE Group, ONE Connect, and ONE Fusion. Each carries its own audience, positioning, and visual identity.
Three distinct brands meant three public websites. Managing them as three separate builds would have created three codebases, three deployment paths, and triple the maintenance for one marketing team.
We were engaged to design a shared module system, build all three sites on a single codebase, and ready the hosting and content management for the client’s own editors.
Shared foundations, distinct identities
Working alongside brand agency Studio Output, we engineered a shared module library built to carry distinct visual identities across a unified foundation.
We designed a single system of modules, layered with theme logic and brand-specific palettes. This approach ensured each site could operate efficiently on a shared backend, while giving the frontend the flexibility to let each brand feel entirely like itself.
Connected by design
We pushed the shared aesthetic furthest on the landing pages, creating an unspoken connection between the entities.
Built around 3D video renders with transparency, the landing pages give each brand a commanding individual presence while holding all three together. It is the moment a visitor senses the brands are related without ever being told: a seamless blend of individual identity and collective strength.
Global reach, local relevance
By combining intelligent edge routing with streamlined CMS tools, we localised the fintech offering for US audiences without disrupting the editorial workflow.
In the fintech space, regional accuracy is a strict requirement. Using Cloudflare to handle geolocation alongside PolyLang, we built a system that automatically serves tailored messaging and compliance-specific offerings to US visitors.
Rather than fracturing the editorial experience, we integrated this localisation directly into the existing WordPress Multisite. It empowers editors to manage distinct regional content from one familiar dashboard, keeping the backend as frictionless as the global user journey.
Impact
Three brands, one codebase, and a hosting constraint that never reached the client.
Three ONE.io brand sites went live on a single WordPress Multisite architecture, and all three achieved high PageSpeed Insights scores: a direct payoff of early decisions prioritising efficiency, both technically and editorially.
The platform meets the AA accessibility standard, and the single shared codebase collapses what could have been three maintenance burdens into one.
ONE.io now runs three distinct fintech identities from one shared WordPress Multisite codebase, with the operational overhead of a single site rather than three.
