Parloa, a leading Conversational AI platform automating enterprise customer service, was preparing to shift its market narrative. With a Series C fundraise in motion, and their annual event on the horizon, they needed a digital presence that felt secure, sophisticated and authoritative.
The existing site was limited by legacy structures. To execute a high-stakes repositioning, we partnered with Further (formerly Design Studio), the agency responsible for Parloa’s new visual identity. By aligning early, we integrated their design system into a technical build that acted as a unified extension of their team.
To reflect Parloa’s progressive stance in the AI market, we migrated the site from WordPress to a modern headless CMS.
This transition provided component-driven autonomy across English and German markets, allowing the team to deploy custom architectures, such as a bespoke partner directory, without compromise.
To match the dynamic nature of their platform, we introduced subtle, purposeful motion and interactive touches throughout the user journey. Rather than relying on static pages, these micro-interactions give the site a fluid, premium feel that reinforces Parloa’s position as an industry leader. The new infrastructure was validated early, stress-testing the environment to ensure rapid, bulk content deployment capability well ahead of the hard launch date.
Midway through the project, the visual asset strategy evolved. Parloa’s brand team wanted to ensure that every visual asset earned its place, noting that generic AI imagery often looks unconvincing.
Embracing the challenge, we leveraged Generative AI to co-create a bespoke visual language. We curated a highly vetted selection of over a hundred custom AI-generated concepts tailored strictly to the new brand guidelines. This collaborative approach ensured total alignment with Parloa’s brand office, resulting in an elevated, cohesive aesthetic that matched their sophisticated technical identity.
Our deep integration during the main build naturally opened doors for broader collaboration on Parloa Labs — a dedicated R&D microsite showcasing their latest experimental AI features.
We translated deeply technical, complex AI capabilities into an intuitive, visually striking interface by designing interactive UI sandboxes and clear, abstracted visualizations of their backend data workflows. This allowed users to interact with the logic behind the AI rather than just reading about it.
We conducted hands-on training and onboarding sessions with Parloa’s internal team to ensure a seamless handover of full CMS ownership. To maintain momentum post-launch, we established an agile partnership providing a predictable, consistent cadence of design and development support, with the ongoing flexibility to scale new features and iterate on their own terms.
We successfully translated an evolving brand identity into a high-performance digital ecosystem by treating technology as a creative medium.
In a rapid, sequential rollout, we delivered the main platform relaunch in ten weeks and the Parloa Labs microsite in six, precisely hitting the hard deadline tied to the WAVE event.
Architecturally, we bypassed legacy CMS restrictions entirely to build a platform tailored exactly to their structural needs. Content propagation times dropped from hours to minutes, moving Parloa away from generic templates and providing a premium, sophisticated home built to scale alongside their rapid market growth.
